  By no fault of the seller, my item was lost in the mail. By the time I realized it, the seller had already found out, refunded my money and contacted me with apologies ( even though it wasn't their fault.) Initial shipping time was fast ( had tracking number within 12 hrs of order). Not sure what happened with post office, but highly recommend this seller.
