    The product is great. Packaging could be better as this is the second shipment that one of the bottles has been damaged in shipping, and leaked all over inside the package.     I have ordered a few items from this seller. There was a snafu and it was promptly addressed much to my satisfaction! I highly recommend this seller. Orders came promptly and well packaged. FYI this upper eyelid cream is the only one I have tried that actually works and does what it claims.

    I recommend not using this seller. I ordered 2 items from this seller. This item was shown on the packing list but was not in pkg. I contacted seller. I was told item is not available and I would receive a credit. Several days later I did not have credit. I contacted seller again. Told seller I have not received credit and told seller that if I did not receive credit in the next 4 days I would report to Ebay. It is now 6 days (I gave 2 extra days) and still no credit.
