    This was a very strange eBay experience. I purchased this skirt and got a message that they received damaged goods and asking if I wanted a refund or different item. I said refund, but then they shipped the item. I reached out and they gave me a refund but shipped me two random beads/charms for jewelry making. I did get a refund but the whole experience was strange.
