  Seller sent me the wrong items. He apologized and I said no big deal. He promised he would sent the correct items in the next few days. A week later, he never shipped the correct items like he said. I contacted him and asked if a refund is okay. I said no, I needed these items last week like you said. My contractor ending up leaving for the winter. Now, I have to wait 4 months to have these items installed!
