    Seller refused to provide a purchase receipt, required for Samsung warranty service. The receipt must identify seller, buyer, item serial number, price, and date.In several replies, seller gave me various false excuses, and tried to deflect responsibility onto eBay rather than seller. Seller then stopped responding.Seller claimed that the item is new; and it appears to be be new. A receipt for this kind of item should have been automatic and easy for them to provide.Unacceptable behavior.
