  Buyer beware. When I purchased this item I thought it would be coming from inside the US as the seller has their address listed as US. When I got shipping info I saw that my item was coming from China. It’s been 10 days and my item is STILL not here. There was no communication on their end to let me know this was the case. I had to reach out to them. I hope that when the item arrives it is the accurate item. Disappointing. Wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

  Seller is fraudulent. The shipping address is from Chicago, IL and the postal label was purchased in Elk Grove, IL on May 15, 2025 and the package has still not even moved from there. It's the 25th. Contacted the seller that stated that the item is being processed in customs. From CHICAGO, IL to INDIANA. No mention that the item is from China or ?? I didn't order anything that has to be sprayed by high-power bug spray to enter this country. Don't buy anything from them. They are not in the US.

  This seller says that they are in the United States but they are not. They are a drop shipper. Tracking was never provided or updated. The label was only created to meet their shipping window obligations. USPS never received the item. The seller gave the typical runaround about having a problem with inventory. Said my item was past customs and is now on its way. After several weeks of messages back and forth and promises of delivery I finally asked eBay to step in and eBay refunded my money.

  Item was never shipped. When ask seller where it was after I checked tracking. Should could not find. This was after date of delivery, then showed update delivery delayed. Which I told by seller to check tracking item was sent on 12, now 21 was 19th for delivery, update to 24th. I requested a refund if sent on 12th tracking shows nothing. After contacting eBay on 22nd when seller told me to check tracking which could not find. Item never arrived on 24th I was refunded.
