  I purchased from this seller a little over a week ago and my package arrived early this week. I used all three styling tools almost as soon as I received them and they are fantastic! I have absolutely no complaints and it even came with the concentrator which is not shown in the pictures. There were no marks, everything was wrapped in professional plastic, warranty and instruction pamphlets for each tool, as well as all cords wrapped precisely. I am immensely pleased and would purchase again
