    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a refurbished machine listed as "99% NEW," but it arrived in need of significant adjustment and repair, with 14 missing or damaged parts. I contacted the Seller and they apologized for what they deemed a "very bad experience" and sent the replacement parts with tracking! :) I contacted the Seller again when the replacement parts arrived missing a clamp and its screws. Again, they quickly arranged for the parts to be sent. All Fixed; Very Happy! A++ #1! :)

    Had an issue with the powerbank after more than a week not opening or checking my package due to life. Sent a message did a couple checks and they promptly sent a replacements no questions no drama at all. Very very very very much appreciated the quick response and handling the issue didn't even ask for me to return the defective part. Will be saving and doing business with them again.

    The Good: Customer Service. Fast Shipping, Price I will say 5 stars. The Bad: I had a broken mount, the bed plate had gouges, and I later found it had the incorrect nozzle installed (old style). I contacted customer service with photos and they very quickly sent me replacements with no issue. I do feel they went above and beyond by replacing the build plate. That said, do not expect a new printer especially for the price. I now have a great fully functional printer.

    I bought a refurbished K1c and had a great experience overall. When I noticed the lid was missing from the package, I reached out — and they responded really fast. No runaround, no waiting for days. They got the missing lid shipped out to me quickly, and it arrived without any hassle. Super impressed with how smoothly they handled everything.     This is an excellent 3D printer that doesn't break the bank, nor cut corners. Right out of the box, you can print most things with most materials. My particular printer came missing a sensor. I reached out to the seller support and I quickly received a response. Customer service sent out a replacement part and it arrived 4 days later!!! I'd give 4.5 stars, only due to the initial hiccup of missing a component (which was rapidly replaced). I recommend this seller!
