  I ordered this beautiful porcelain bell from the seller. The item was listed to be near new but when I received it I noticed that one of the petals is missing. I contacted the seller even though it says no return but after I sent pictures of the hard to detect flaw, the seller was very quick to arrange a return and he was so cordial and apologetic for not noticing the missing petal. I really appreciate how the seller handled it and was grateful that he made the exchange a very pleasant one!
