  I didn’t expect that my order would arrive a week later from when I ordered. It looks like it was a post office issue. I thought for sure the red runners would be dead. To my surprise, I opened the container and they were alive and healthy looking. I believe it had to do with the great attention to packaging by the seller.   I'm very impressed! Shipped and arrived quickly. The number of ootheca included was about double what was listed. Very well packed! I was surprised how large the box was just for some roach egg cases. I wouldn't hesitate to order live arthropods from this seller if I needed them, they clearly know how to pack properly for shipping. All ootheca look and feel healthy and some have started hatching just days after receiving. Nice to be able to get a roach colony going again for my critters.
