  I’d like to revise my review to a positive experience with the seller. Though the scooter was defective, they bent over backwards trying to make right. They proposed a return for a full refund or the option to receive parts (with my preference for parts). Additionally, recognizing the challenge of the expired return period due to the unavailability of the retail box, they extended a mutual offer we agreed on.  Then they offered a box sent to me and still receive a full refund.
