  The item was in brand new condition. Just as described. I received the item within 2 days. That was really great because my Tenant had no heat. I ordered the induction fan motor without speaking first to a Trane representative and it ended up being the wrong motor. CSH Electric Motor allowed me to return the motor without any questions.
