  Where should I begin? I ordered a 4tb flash drive, but instead received a 1tb flash drive that was in a 4tb package. I contacted the seller to see what they were going to do to correct the issue. For starters, the seller never offered to replace the incorrect flash drive no did they offer a partial refund for the incorrect flash drive. Instead I got this response and I quote: "𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝟎𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐢𝐭". Seller didn't offer a return label. Don't recommend at all

  I ordered a 512 GB and a 1TB USB drive. When they arrived their packages were incorrectly labeled. The drive in the package marked 1TB was actually a 512 GB drive. and the package labeled 512 was actually 1 TB. This caused me a bit of confusion because I tried to use the one marked 1TB first and saw it was half that. Otherwise no issues.
