  You sent me someone else’s order. I packaged it up and sent it back. And then instead of sending me my original order, you just refunded me instead. Now you are asking that I change my “feedback” from neutral to something “more positive” Where are my plates?!? No additional information was ever received from you. Would have been nice to receive an offer at a reduced price from you.for the trouble. It won’t let me choose the negative experience button, but I would if I could.
