    I received a hinged clicker segment ring from this seller and the item was defective. The ring was very difficult to open ( I own several of these) and once I finally got it open, it would not close. The seller had the nerve to blame me for its defect and then asked me to buy the return label, which costs $45 to $70. No thank you. Will not buy from again. Poor customer service and an inconvenience all the way around.

    hello,item is no problem. you didn t use in right way. we can accept the return. you should buy the return label by yourself becasue we don t have it. please check with your local post about the return cost and send you paypal account. after pay,please send the evidence of the return payment. then we can send the money. thanks
