Ordered 2 candlesticks at $55 each +. Expected cracks in the onyx, but one holder was totally broken off, smaller than the rest, & looks like it's from a different fixture. Seller said they had five, I requested two similar ones. One arrived broken so I sent pix of damage. Seller said, they,"were pre-wrapped." By whom? Really? They don't know what they"re selling (& no returns). I know where I'm not buying. p.s. in 10 yrs profuse ebay shopping. This is my 2nd negative feedback

20yrs seller. Craftperson packed ea 1.(thats who) We select them and add an additional protective packaging. First they were okay and you wanted more. U wanted them to "match". Informed you they would not be exactly alike. U didnt like that so now they are broken. Listing states b careful when unpacking. I do not accept returns because some bad actors damage them while ripping off the packaging now its our fault or the carrier.Listing was extremely clear about ordering, unpacking and doubt.
