    I bought 2 of these UPS's. When I received them, 1 ran perfect, but the other the batteries were only showing 6v ( supposed to be 12v). I contacted the seller and they gave sent me a shipping label and I sent it back. Less than a week after I initially received them, I had the second one back and it is working perfectly. Seller was very responsive and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Will be doing business with them again. A+ on customer service.

    Purchased the device and first one came cracked and defective, because of the weight of the item, it was expensive to clear. I reported the issue to the seller and stated that I should return for an exchange, I then paid again for the return, only to have them send me another defective device. I am very disappointed because the sellers should at least check devices before delivering. I'm not in a position to be returning the devices each time because it cost to do so.... NEVER AGAIN!!
