  Item arrived well-packed (wrapped in bubble-wrap) but nevertheless with a large crack in the frame that hadn't been present in the pictures (I assume damaged in transit despite the packaging). However, the seller responded very promptly to our photographic evidence of the damage, and refunded us. It would have been great to have the item undamaged, but I'm happy with how the seller acted in the circumstances.
