    I ordered three card stands, but one arrived broken. I contacted the seller with photos and requested a replacement. Instead, I was given a $1.75 refund and threatened with negative feedback. This is not how professional customer service should be handled. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience – not recommended.

    User left negative feedback before trying to resolve issue... did ask for a replacement, none were available hence the refund for the $1.75. Told them that they should have tried to work the issue out before leaving negative feedback... Told them I would leave negative feedback because they didn't try to resolve the issue... before leaving negative feedback...

    Very bad. Package never arrived and the customer service was rude with me and didn't want to help. Do not buy from them.

    Item was delivered to the address that buyer had on the order. Customer requested a full refund for an order that was was delivered according the tracking information on the order. All packages are insured automatically to $100.00 through USPS if the value is under $100, advised the person that they should put a claim in with USPS due to if it was not delivered that the insurance would cover the cost of the item missing.
