    The seller labeled it as new, and in a question, they assured me it was, but it wasn’t. The batteries were dead because the contact plastic had been removed, it showed signs of use, and the SIM card had already been registered by another user, so I couldn’t register it to my account. The product worked after replacing the batteries and buying a new SIM, but it wasn’t as promised.

    If there was a problem with the item you could have requested a refund and returned the item but I see no record of any request. Sorry for the confusion.
