    I ordered a new with tags quilt and it came to me clearly washed (more than just once) and with a HEAVY detergent/perfume odor. The seller stood by stating it was new, but there was no way. I put it next to the NEW shams I got elsewhere and it was clearly well used. The seller agreed to a refund thankfully, but did not send me a return shipping label. I had to have eBay step in 3 days later for them to generate one. It also took the seller over a week to actually put this in the mail.
