  This started as a negative experience. The radio was not as described.....it was clearly remanufactured, with a "tested" label on it. It lacked manufacturer packaging (styrofoam). I was truly upset, and contacted them via ebay messenger. They admitted that it should have been listed not as "brand new," but as "open box," and not only gave me a full refund, but told me to keep the item in case it worked properly! That level of prompt service more than makes up for the mistake...THANKS!

  We received the item with missing parts and the box looked like it was tossed around a wet football field for a couple days .
