    To me, 'open box' means an item that was never actually used or just used once. The seller even states that this item is 'new:other'. The item I received definitely has some wear and tear and should be described as used:good condition. It would have been nice if the item had been listed with an accurate description. That being said, the case is in good working condition and the seller shipped it very quickly. All in all, you can't beat the price even if what you receive is more used than listed
