The item I received definitely has some wear and tear and should be described as used:good condition. It would have been nice if the item had been listed with an accurate description. That being said, the case is in good working condition and the seller shipped it very quickly. All in all, you can't beat the price even if what you receive is more used than listed

USPS policy is to return packages mis-addressed in this way to sender without notifying addressee. Upon opening the package, there was a big scratch across the screen which was never mentioned.
