  The product description says the item would include 12 boxes with 12 pods in each box to equal 144 pods, but instead the pods were shipped loose. Upon receipt the pods were counted to show only 114 pods shipped instead of 144. Seller was contacted and informed of the 30 pod discrepancy. A refund was requested due to the discrepancy and obtained from seller. I will avoid buying anything from this seller in the future due to the large discrepancy.

  The truth is BULK/LOOSE item, this customer tried to get more coffee for free... Sorry to say lately a many of customer trying to get the items for free. and as seller we not able to rated the customers only positive.

  Delivery as expected, pods as expected. It was 12 of the welcome box, so half of the pods are espresso pods as in the welcome box. I didnt pay attention to the description, I was expecting a true assortment like including limited editions. My fault, still a good seller. The only thing different was that instead of bianco leggero it's Bianco doppio.

  Perfect!!! I would buy from again. Only issue is that the listing showed USPS delivery method when it was actually FedEx. There are porch pirates in my neighborhood. Had I known that I would have chose a different seller. When I asked the seller why it was FedEx instead of USPS, they explained it was an old listing. As of right now the seller still has not fixed the listing.
