I can't store it without a cap I asked for them to send just the cap but response was negative. I then asked for shipping label so I could send back and order elsewhere, but no response. I know it's just a cap but the reason for buying a large size was so I could store for future use. The same thing happened with a large soy sauce and I didn't complain. Not happy with this vendor and will never purchase with them again!!!
