  I wanted to buy gift for granddaughter who is stationed overseas. Before making purchase I asked vendor if she could ship to a DPO address. She said yes - just purchase item and send email via eBay with correct mailing address. So I did. A few days later package arrived at my house. Label had my daughter’s name and my address on it. Vendor said there was nothing she could do. I sent package to my daughter and had to pay $13.35 postage. I asked vendor to reimburse $13.35 but she has not responded
