    Never EVER buy from this person. They lie in their description, my item was returned and I gave them 14 days to return my money. I then contacted ebay customer service and they made sure I got my money back and charged this fraud for it This loser should be banned from ebay!

    I'm sorry you have such negative feelings.You agreed to wait 14-days for the return to reach the supplier & the refund to be issued.I made several inquiries to try to expedite the process.The product reached the supplier on day 14 & ultimately the refund was issued exactly as I had explained would happen.On day 13 you decided to go through ebay for refund & leave this review that, sadly, is not an accurate reflection of what took place or my attempts to ensure you received your refund.

    Seller didn't ship item or respond to emails. eBay intervened, seller claimed item was backordered from supplier and would be shipped. I finally got tired of waiting and eBay processed a refund.

    Sorry you had a bad experience! There was a computer issue that led me not to see your original mesage on March 18th/25. Once that issue was resolved and I was able to see it I responded immediately and tried to rectify the issue by having the order expedited once your item was back in stock. Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that lead to the process not being seamless. Hoping you understand.
