    Item was mislabled and pictures had no clear measurements. Seller asked for forgiveness, but offered no solutions and was rude with bad spelling errors when I pointed this out. I know mistakes happen, but most sellers, will offer a return label or partial refund when it is their mistake. When I mentioned this I got a long, sloppy, defensive rant in response. The $10 is no big deal, but the seller could learn to handle feedback with a little more grace.

    This person is lying. I did offer you a refund... I said go ahead and click the return button and as soon as I get it back, you will get refunded. Then he said he will "Just Keep It" Which means for anyone reading this. He wanted me to "Just refund him" And he keeps the product for free. This guy is a scammer.
