  Photo showed 2 small cracks in insulating ring , received it with 5 cracks, 1 chipped. notified seller, no answer, cost $12 for me to return it, but since no answer from seller thats not happening

  Not sure what you mean? I did respond and I told you that cracks are common and included an article stating so. If you returned and did not follow ebays return policy then I don't know what to tell you. I have not received the item back yet? Always use ebays return policy that way you don't have to pay for shipping and it is tracked here on ebay. Thanks
