    The blades where new has described. The seller shipped out very fast and the packaging was excellent. The only hiccup, which was no fault of the seller, was the actual delivery. Good Old USPS was very late with delivering the package. It was probably misplaced somewhere by them, before they found it. Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase!
