  I ordered the Long Denim Dress, on 2/10/25 with the description stating it would be shipped the next day. I ordered early for arrival by 3/7/25. If it had been shipped a week later I should have received it. I sent a message to the seller on 2/27/25 & was told it would ship in 1 to 2 days. The item was never shipped. I did receive a refund on 3/3/25, I was VERY disappointed in not receiving the item that I needed & the lack of straight forward communication. Not a good transaction.

  1 day after receiving dresses, I contacted seller and expressed my disappointment with the fit of dresses. Seller stated that a refund would be issued for both. After 9 days, I reached out to seller again to inform them I had not received refund but no response. Today is January 5, 2025, 17 days after initial refund email from seller and no response or refund since. Shipping was free yet took 17 days to receive order after payment.
