    Ordered two sets of trios but seller made a mistake of only sending me one set of trios, so i kept messaging the seller so after 5 days they responded and resolved the problem by sending another set of 24k gold guppy trio. All the 6 guppies are doing fine and alive, shipping is expedited and packaging is superb all fishes are individually packaged, sealed, & cushioned really good. Just a little pricey but I believe that you get what you pay for with a good reputable seller.

    The Seller is fantastic, I had some questions and had emailed them and there were so quick to respond and were very knowledgeable and overall very polite! The fish are absolutely beautiful. I live in a cold weather state and they packaged them extremely well with a heat pad. When I opened the box I was blown away because they took quite a bit of time to package them so they would arrive warm and little to no movement in the bags. Ashley the manager is excellent and really on top of things!

    I upgraded shipping to Next Day, which seller offers at a great price. My Starlight Pleco arrived protected by both a large, thick cardboard box AND a large Styrofoam box. Seller placed a large heat pack inside the packaging, which provided warmth for the Pleco. To anyone purchasing fish from seller right now - pay the $45 extra for overnight shipping. A heat pack is helpful - but with overnight temps in the low teens to upper 20's, it's a risk not doing overnight. A++ TRANSACTION IN EVERY WAY.

    Received a pair of pink grass guppies shipped along with two others from this seller and all arrived well packaged together, each in their own bag and with a heat pack. They appear mildly stressed from travel (as one would expect) but alive, as described, and seemingly healthy. Shipping costs were not combined for 3 purchases made the same day, however the shipping cost is not unreasonable for the speed of delivery and the care taken with the packaging.
