  On or about May 15, 2025, I found an item I liked on the eBayer’s page. I clicked the item and it was placed in my cart. The sellers' page indicated he was away and would not return until May 31, 2025. The item remained in my cart in the meantime. On June 1, 2025, I completed my order for the item.
