Purchased 3 batteries for my UPS, the shipment was quick but one of the batteries was damaged (cracked at the corner) by USPS rough handling, though the box- was very well packaged. Contacted the seller with pictures attached. A replacement was sent immediately and received it today. It is absolutely the most cushioned package I have ever received :). the replacement battery is in pristine condition.
