    I received the Ron Weasley wand in the mail in a reasonable amount of time, however, the display box was damaged. It was not the seller's fault; I assume it was damaged by USPS. I contacted the seller, and they answered my note very quickly. The seller offered to send me a new box with a new wand. I just got the new box and wand today, and they are perfect. I really appreciate this seller, and would recommend them to anyone.
