    The item received was as described. The doll was received in a timely manner via USPS. The item was wrapped multiple times & protected in a sturdy box as requested. As far as value, it was competitive with other vendors but not cheap. I chose this vendor due to the exact product wanted, new condition & overall positive experience of previous customers. Although I tracked the package, I would have liked the option to sign for the item or delivery to a UPS store locally. I’ve had delivery issues.

They were super open to negotiating and always helpful throughout the shipping process, which was a bit of a hassle due to all the bureaucracy between the U.S. and the EU 🥴. ***Just a heads-up for anyone looking to buy this kind of item on eBay from the U.S.: I ended up paying about 22% extra in customs duties to receive the order, which I hadn’t expected—but of course, that wasn’t the seller’s fault!
