  Very good and responsive Ebay Seller. Unfortunately the shipper, FedEx, did not come through with an intact package. The box was severely damaged during shipping resulting in an important piece being lost. The seller was very responsive to this and refunded the sale.

  Shoe rack FINALLY arrived. Although the seller said it was shipped—4 days after payment was made—item wasn’t in the shipper’s care until ANOTHER 4 days. Progress across the country was one state per day so we didn’t get it for another full week. Not very quick shipping. Shoe rack was as described, and luckily in good condition, although the box was rather rough around the edges from being in transit so long.

  Giving 4/5 for item description and shipping, however the item was received damaged. I am leaving a positive review due to their willingness to make it right and for the overall cost. However buyer be ware that items are being shipped from overseas initially and may be in a banged up condition. Knowing how they will handle the issue I would chance buying from them again.
