  This is the first time I've had to leave negative feedback ever, and it's a shame. Look, I do see in the review history that the seller's mom passed; that's horrible, and I am genuinely sorry. That said, the seller still has an eBay account, stated in the feedback to the last negative review that all was well, and I wanted something from the seller. Almost 3 weeks later, multiple messages, a refused cancellation request, I've filed a claim. Seller, close your account if you got stuff going on.
