    I purchased a platter on May 2nd, and never received it. In spite of several messages from me, the seller would not give a refund. The seller just kept telling me it was on the way, or ignored my message and didn't answer at all. Finally, on June 5th, after more than a month of waiting, Ebay issued a refund, because the buyer could not provide a proof of delivery. Poor communication, and a lack of customer service made this a disappointing experience.

We responded to your messages with updates and regret that the item never arrived.
