    The tube of hair bomb was delivered in a plastic envelope with no protection around it. The tube split during shipping and was a mess when it arrived. So disappointing! I reached out to the seller asking for a replacement or a refund. But have had no response from the seller at all. Not sure what my next steps should be? Any advise would be appreciated.
