Had a small issue where the item shipped was a very slightly different configuration (half the memory vs what was on the listing) but the seller responded promptly and offered a few options.   Great seller. Product came exactly as described. Originally bought a different unit from them and changed my mind and wanted this one, and they quickly refunded so that I could purchase. Packaging was great and very thoughtfully done, shipping was on time and as described. The charger that came with the laptop wasn’t rated for this laptop model so I had to buy the correct one.   I like my product so far. Packaging was great both exterior and interior felt like pristine condition as a seller has described in the product detail. Shipping package was also carefully delivered on exact time. With certified refurbished condition, the price was exceptional, reasonable at that moment when I have decided to buy. One and only comment I would like to mention is that wrong operating system, it was Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro.
