    I bought this item the day prior to leaving for a vacation. When I arrived home and picked up my mail (10 days after it had arrived) the item was broken it the box. I messaged this seller and she replied within minutes and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I offered to send photos of the item and the box that was clearly damaged in shipping and NOT the fault of the seller. She declined and the refund was already posted without me having to even send photos. A+ service!10/10 recommend!

    So sorry this review is late I thought I had already done this. The item arrived on time and was exactly as described by the seller .It was in perfect condition and arrived wrapped very well by the seller. It is such a pretty Bundt Pan. I really like the Temptations bakeware. The cost of the shipping and the price of the cake pan was very reasonable I thought. The seller was great to deal with. Hope to buy from seller again.
