    order product on may 1 then finally contacting seller and asking for a refund seller shipped item on may 19 i asked for refund because i had to get item could not wait this long but they shipped anyway when i asked not to i should get a refund this is very poor service and bad business

    Due to quantity of item buyer purchased, seller ran into a fulfillment issue due to the Chinese tariff trade war between US and China. Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! SCAM!!! I paid for the books on Feb 9. The seller charged my card and created a mailing label on Feb 10. But the tracking says that the package has still not been taken to the post office for shipment. I have contacted the seller several times and they will not reply! Today is Feb 20th and I still don’t have any answer and the books have not shipped. Only a mailing label has been created.

    Buyer did not give seller time to reply to message. Seller immediately filed a dispute with her credit card company and asked for a refund. Seller honored buyer's request. Alleging a seller is a scam constitutes libel and is an unfounded allegation of fact.
