    Packaging could have been better, but it arrived intact and works fine. I had to reinstall windows because it still had an old account on it. Also didn't come with a charging cord. To be fair the listing didn't say it came with one, but it didn't say it didn't either.

    Seller described the item as “Perfect in Box” with photos of the box but it arrived only in a small, what appears-to-be, a previously used bubble-wrap envelope. Disappointing to say the least. No way to know if my item was already used, re-packaged and then sold as "Perfect in Box", which it is not. I have purchased multiple versions of this same item from this seller and those were indeed in the original boxes - but not this time. Same price but no box!!!

    Not the smoothest transaction ever, but the seller made good on the rough patches with a partial refund. Laptop was shipped without the adapter, and the OS required a password which was also not provided. Seller provided password within 24 hours, but soon I noticed bad pixels in the display (see photo). I asked seller to compensate me the difference between what I was sold versus a fair price for a properly working laptop with charger as represented in the auction. Seller complied.
