  The item looks like the photo and arrived in good condition. It was shipped USPS from Alaska and took a while to get here. It was in a heavily padded envelope. One handle was poking through on arrival but the item was still in good shape. I did not communicate with the seller so that question is NA.

  It was difficult to tell the condition of the lenses in the seller’s pictures, so I was hesitant to purchase them without being able to return them if I wasn’t satisfied. I reached out to the seller to inquire about the condition of the lenses, seller replied promptly, was polite and offered to let me return them if I wasn’t happy after receiving. I was pleased with the condition of the glasses after I gave the glasses a good cleaning. Lenses were in great condition.

  I bought a ski mask and it arrived in perfect condition exactly as described! It arrived wrapped up in a bag so even if the packaging got wet my item would stay safe and dry. I would happily buy from Deana again :)
