    Very dishonest ebayer. Sold me a phonics set that said brand new and was clearly used and missing book and cd. Then tried to say I was responsible for return shipping! Worst ebay experience ever! Still waiting for her to get item so I can be refunded! Horrible horrible experience. She should be banned from selling on ebay!
