  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They sent me a battery with another mfg name these are drop Shippers. The warranty is bogus. They won’t provide any type of customer service. The battery worked just long enough to get past the money back guarantee. Then it failed and the seller will not help with a solution. They won’t provide warranty claim information. They won’t even respond!!!! The bms can not handle a golf cart. Will trip on every incline.

  I need to clarify that the customer requested a refund of $250 for various reasons when they received the battery, and I accepted. After using it for 3 months, he claimed that the battery was broken, and I asked him to return it to my repair site. We repaired it for him and sent it back to him free of charge, but he refused. I have been solving problems for him, but he is making trouble without reason.

  Battery was packaged very good with no damage. Shipping took longer than expected. Seller did keep in touch and answered all questions. Only took the golf cart out a few times with the new battery. So far so good. Very impressed with performance.
