    In our case the tape drive that we were sent was listed incorrectly as NEW, when the drive that we received, while it was the one shown in the images, showed to be heavily used in non-working condition. After checking with a known working drive, confirmed that this was not an issue with the tapes, so had to return as a defective drive. All in all the seller processed the return without hassle so cant complain. We'd recommend the seller be more careful when listing items as NEW/Open Box next time
