    This was a nearly $300 mistake all told, plus additional expenses. The printer arrived without cords. We finally obtained cords, only to have a sign come up on the reader maintaining that there was no printhead or that it was electronically impossible to be read. There were three attempts by three different companies to repair it with no improvement. Finally, the township picked it up when they went around disposing of old computers and so forth. Never again.

    The item was shipped with a power cord as was detailed in the listing. This buyer never even bothered to contact me and inform me that they were having a problem with the item. Had he actually communicated like an adult and informed me of the situation I could have sent him a replacement cord if it was lost in shipping or offered him a replacement item or refund. Buyer never even attempted to notify me what was going on so I could fix the situation.
